The “SHAP” team, comprising students from the Faculty of Computer Engineering at Sharif University of Technology, achieved second place in the national “Novatech” event by participating in the event and presenting their AI-based technological product.

According to the Faculty of Computer Engineering, the national “Novatech” event was held with the aim of identifying, empowering, and supporting talented teams in the field of artificial intelligence, with a focus on transforming technological ideas into products and businesses. More than 1,200 people from across the country participated in the event, and more than 200 teams competed at various stages. Subsequently, 40 teams advanced to the product development stage, 30 teams successfully presented a minimum viable product (MVP), and ultimately, six teams reached the final stage.
In the final stage, the teams were evaluated based on their technical capabilities, product quality, business model, development roadmap, and commercialization potential. At the end, the “SHAP” team secured second place.
Mohammad-Mahdi Mirzaei, Mohammad Mosibi, and Pouya Behzadi-Far, members of the “SHAP” team and students of the Faculty of Computer Engineering at Sharif University of Technology, are focused on developing SHAP CX, an intelligent and integrated platform for customer experience management and organizational support. By integrating communication channels, including chatbots, call center interactions, forms, and other customer interactions, the platform enables the analysis of communication data and the intelligent management of support processes.
SHAP CX leverages artificial intelligence to provide capabilities such as conversation analysis, customer sentiment assessment, interaction summarization, and assistance to support agents. It has been developed with the goal of improving customer experience, increasing productivity, and reducing organizations’ operational costs.
